Immediate decison over Koeman expected, meeting date set by Barcelona chiefs.

Joan Laporta will not make any rushed decisions regarding Koeman after the Benfica loss, Cadena COPE’s reliable Helena Condis reports.

However, there is a meeting set for Thursday morning where the coach’s future will be discussed. The decision is in the hands of the president, it’s said.

It’s also claimed that Laporta went to the dressing room to support the team after the Benfica match.

Catalunya Radio add that the Barcelona board is outraged with the result against the Portuguese side.

Mundo Deportivo’s Fernando Polo reports that Laporta will take into account that Barca face Atletico Madrid in just three days.

RAC1 say that the game against the Rojiblancos will be the last one in charge for the Dutchman at Barca.

Finally, the reliable Joan Vehils also reports that Koeman will not be sacked today, but nothing is excluded about tomorrow.
