Cesar Azpilicueta’s four-word reply after what Ibrahimovic did to him yesterday

Cesar Azpilicueta left a short social media reaction to the interaction he had with Zlatan Ibrahimovic during Sweden’s clash with Spain last night.

The Chelsea captain came up against Ibrahimovic during Sunday’s World Cup qualifying fixture.

Former Blues striker Alvaro Morata snatched a late victory for the Spaniards that ensured their qualification to the tournament next year.

Ibra assault

Not one to be out of the spotlight for too long, Ibrahimovic decided to literally leave his mark on the match.

Footage emerged of the AC Milan centre-forward pretty blatantly slamming into the back of Azpilicueta, seemingly unprovoked.

An act of total recklessness that went unpunished by the officials.

Thankfully, Azpilicueta was not seriously harmed and managed to get the last laugh by beating the Swedes with four minutes of normal time remaining.

But the defender proved his ultimate professionalism after the fixture had concluded.

Instead of leaving an angry response to Ibrahimovic’s wrestling move, the 32-year-old took a more diplomatic approach.

Replying to the challenge on Twitter, Azpilicueta simply wrote ‘Todo bien por aqui’, which translates to ‘All good around here’ in English.

Super Cesar

Always best to be the bigger and better man.

Which is something the full-back has always thrived on throughout his career.

A true role model for aspiring footballers.

Some current stars could also learn a thing or two from the Chelsea man.

Quite often, the good guys don’t get their just rewards.

Thankfully for Azpilicueta, fortunes have looked favourably upon his decent nature.

He is well on the way to lifting the Premier League trophy, having done so with the Champions League a few months ago.

Could he be raising the World Cup above his head before too long? There is no reason why not.
