Thomas Tuchel beats Jose Mourinho to shame with record-breaking Chelsea feat

Chelsea boss will be over the moon after leading his Chelsea side to their third final since taking over from Frank Lampard.

The Blues won 1-0 in the second-leg of the EFL Cup semi-final all thanks to a first-half goal from defender Antonio Rudiger.

Victory means Chelsea will meet one of Arsenal or Liverpool in the final after progressing with a 3-0 aggregate win over their London rivals.

And in doing so, the Chelsea boss has set a record that previous manager Jose Mourinho wasn’t able to.
